Plastic waste, the seemingly insurmountable worldwide dilemma, is overwhelming; but it can be approached one container at a time, one person at a time. Our mission is to limit single-use plastic container consumerism by offering a refilling station for household products, including bath and body, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, as well as zero waste alternatives to single use plastic products.
About Owner, Cristin Salaz
As a wildlife biologist by education and profession, I have seen the effects of pollution and plastic waste for decades through travels for work and play. While instructing open-water SCUBA I encouraged ocean cleanup and pulled garbage on each dive, teaching students to take pride in caring for the reef. My decades living in the pristine mountains of Southwest Colorado have allowed me to cave, boat, ski, hike and camp, always embracing my responsibility to reduce pollution and garbage in our natural environment. We are all stewards of the land, the sea, and the air. Future generations of all species are depending on us.
